To activate your QPR Pay Mastercard® please login or create your QPR digital account, ensure your account is linked to your existing season ticket or membership ticketing account client reference number.

The QPR Pay Mastercard® product has been created in collaboration with our CRM agency Sports Alliance and fintech payments partner QRails. The club is proud to announce that we are the first professional football club in the UK to launch an integrated payment solution, which does not require supporters to prefund the card.

2022/23 Season Ticket Holders and Members who utilise their QPR Pay Card and have activated it as a debit card will receive a new QPR Pay Card ahead of the lapse of the expiry date. Please note, you will NOT receive a new QPR Pay card by purchasing a Season Ticket or Hoops Membership. If you would like to utilise QPR Pay, please contact boxoffice@qpr.co.uk who will dispatch a card to eligible members.

All cards, displaying the Mastercard Brand mark, willl provide supporters with the follow benefits:

• The option to link to their bank account and use as a contactless card for use at any facility that accepts Mastercard payments.
• 2% QPR Cash rewards on all their purchases up to £1,000 which can be redeemed in store or online on Hoops merchandise. For more details on QPR Cash please click HERE.
• The ability to use their QPR Pay card to gain access to Loftus Road on a match day if a non-digital season ticket holder.

In addition, the club will be working with its portfolio of partners to create specific promotions which will provide QPR Cash accruing opportunities for supporters that activate the QPR Pay card or app. The club is also working with stakeholders on several initiatives which could potentially provide additional discounts and best in market rates on certain products.
